Process

We treated the work as a brand catch-up, not a repositioning. We aligned messaging and visuals to reflect product maturity, focusing on clarity, trust, and credibility at first touch. Copy supported self-serve evaluation, helping new users understand value quickly without relying on sales. This closed the gap between how the product performed and how it appeared.
